Geert Wilders is beyond brilliant...

Although I have to clarify that this is from a meme perspective, not his actual politics... In real, GW, or "Geertje" is kind of an all mouth no brainer, like Trump, and seems to be quickly beaten by the almost psychophatic cools of "Marrekie" or "Mark Rutte"...

And yes, we give cute nicknames to all of our politicians...

All mouth - no brain seems to be too big of a combination for success. Even though both of those things should hinder success... so, what happened? Was there some form of stack overflow like what happened with Gandhi in the Civilization series?

Erhmmm, I don't know what happened in CIV, with Ghandi, I don't play that... But, to be perfectly honest I'm not quite shure where he stands now. I don't keep much track of politics...

I know he's still up and running, though. Although he is under fire for being a little too racist. Especially after his "Do we want more or less marrocans" speach, and alledgedly calling the Turkish minister an "islamic monkey".

But, then again, that only seems to attrack a deffinetly prominent likeminded group of Dutchies, who also hate immigrants, because weeeeeellllll... They are rather infamous for vandalism, and violence, here in the NL... :\

In the first civilization game, Sid Meier created Gandhi to be the most peaceful AI. So, his aggressiveness stat was set to the lowest value of 1. However, when any Civilization adopts democracy, their aggressiveness goes down by 2. This was not a problem for all the other countries, but Gandhi had a stack overflow, and his aggressiveness reaches 255. Just in time for nukes, coincidentally...

Pretty much. And now every Civ game actually had that "bug" CODED IN. So, if you see India in a Civ game, get rid of them before they reach the atomic era.

Their well worded opposition drank the Kool-Aid, that's what. As such, they have a propensity to act with a degree of unfounded arrogance and entitlement. People are tired of the same garbage and so a rise in counter culture to the current political norm is to be expected. People will vote for those who eschew from said norm in an effort to shake the system's deathgrip on society.
