Yeah, not lady-woof appropriate?
I actually think you're not allowed to borrow it
alone because lady-woof is a rather appropriate candidate for drowning...
Don't take this the wrong way, I don't expect you to be stupid, but the dangers of being on water are almost universally underestimated, and it's never a good idea to go on a body of water alone, Especially with a motor powered vessel.
Even I don't do it...
Furthest I've ever been with my dinghy, alone, is circumnavigating a small island, my parents were moored off at, and maybe just taking a peek out the piers, in a few harbours we've been. But even then, never at the very least without a lifejacket, and a working cross-anker with enough cable, Because that shit is dangerous...
And then you encounter a wild bunch of kids, with their unimpacted sense of invurnability think it as a good idea to take a rented open 6 meter sailboat out on the lake
just after a tornado was seen...
And old man tried to warn them to not go out on the lake, but "naaah, it can't be that dangerous!"
Not 5 minutes later the gale following the tornado hit, and we saw all of them hit the drink next to their capsized little rental...
If it wasn't for a motorcruiser that happened to be nearby at the time, to pick them up, those lads would've been in a
whole new world of trouble. Being hypothermia...
Don't underestimate that stuff... Even little boats in little ponds can kill...
