Ted interupted Frank. "This is how it went, see... I thought of a plan to take down the few scattered Intelligent Deathclaws, so they couldn't breed and revolt against the People of the Wasteland. I found out that the Deathclaw Matriarch had been captured by the Beastlords near Chicago, and lead my men to rescue her. Well, she 'rewarded' me by, presumably, using a mutagen to turn me into a Deathclaw. This worked to my advantage, however I had to suffer through months of living in a Tribal Deathclaw society, so that I could gain their trust. Eventually, I gathered them all here at the Sanctuary to lead them against Man and Anthrokind, but it was all a trap, and my fellow Raiders assaulted the caves and murdered every Deathclaw within. I used the chem White made for me to turn back to my Human self, as I am now. I can tell you, seeing all those things dead now really makes those six months worth living through." Ted said.
