I have a serious question!

There are some newborn rabbits in my backyard, and there is this crazy thunderstorm with lightning and tons of rain flooding the area. The mother rabbit didn't pick the best location for the nest because they are at the bottom of an incline and it's flooding fast! My dad and I checked them, and most of them have their heads barely out of the water.

I know nature should take its course, but it's hard to leave them out there to drown. Should I help them or leave them be? I'm already checked how to handle wild rabbits, and I understand what to do until they're ready to be released. But I'm not sure if I should just let them survive the storm on their own or not.

I'm gonna post this on the advice board too. I hope one gets answered quickly.
