I agree with Tyla, that stuff doesn't even TASTE like real food, let alone look like real food... Sometimes I wonder why people still eat junk like that, it all tastes horrible + it makes you fat....

Actually, that has to do with how much of it you eat AND how much exercise you get. And it STILL depends on the person.

if the person is me, then yes. I definitely will get fat(ter) from eating McDonald's. :P
