You support a girl who beheaded a dog, bioled its head and put it on the internet?

under the jurisdiction of the Texas law enforcement service any form of of action and or penalty would be directly effected by the dog's state in relation to the time it was beheaded.

Now the media tends to blow things out of proportion so I'm going to assume Wolfie is telling the truth, and should this be true then she should under no circumstances be applicable to the penalties proposed by the law enforcement or/and the government.

so i believe her innocence.
