I had really cool teachers when I was in school. My English teacher was especially awesome.

My music teacher at my old highschool was good. He was Christian so we had many a debate.

His name was Christian Lillicrap.

I kid you not. (His wife also worked at the school as a German teacher with the same last name (lillicrap: pronounced lilly-crap) as well we had a teacher named Mrs. Laycock)

My fursuit head has finally arrived in the country ^-^ If everything goes right and the mail service does their job I should finally get her sometimes during next week x3 Let's just hope she survived the trip and that she'll fit me somewhat well x-x

random question for anyone who drinks coffee, have you heard of pouring the milk in before the water and mixing it?

and if so is there a difference in taste or something, or is this woman i know just a pain?

Closest thing I can think of is that I've heard of pouring milk into the cup before pouring in the coffee..
I've done that a few times before for no particular reason but can't tell any difference with that at least...

she does it with instant coffee and it's oddly annoying cos she'll only drink it a certain way.

put in the sugar and coffee, then pour in the milk and mix it, then pour in the water. and she somehow knows when you don't pour the milk in first o__o

Sounds like I'll have to get some instant coffe and milk, just for science.. x-x

I have a weird interest in things like these since I'm one of those who claim I can taste the difference between Pepsi, Coca-cola and foreign Coca-cola x-x Not exactly the same thing but similar enough >_<

it just came to me to ask people about it really.....and as one of the weird people who doesn't like the taste of coffee her doing this effects me cos my parents started doing it as well (the four of us live in the same house)

and trust me, there is a huge difference when you start doing that with tea. it becomes almost like milk water with a slight taste of tea unless you make it really strong....and then it's still weak DX

[The Past]

Finally, I hear of someone who doesn't automatically go "ew" with the mention of instant coffee. Sure, it's a horrible substitute for fresh coffee, but it's decent itself. Just don't compare it to legit coffee and see it as a drink all its own.

To be honest, though, when we switched to instant coffee, I couldn't tell the difference between it and the coffee we used to get. I guess we had very low quality coffee.

Oh, and I know the reason why she wants everything to be mixed before the water is poured in. It makes it foamy.

i haven't seen it go all foamy before, it looks like a normal coffee, sometimes with a bit of un-dissolved coffee on the top.
