My artistic "skills" lie in coloring, nothing else...
Tho if I concentrate and is having enough luck, I can sometimes create something acceptable with a pencil.

I never knew drawing was a colloquialism.

Classical  term "drawing" (conversational), academically known as "delineation": the act of describing rationally what the self sees visually with lines or marks and generating an augmented reality. See also: Rhythm, Perspective.

I guess then that's why so many artists are also visionaries.

Random bonus: the word painterly refers to less well-thought out art in terms of visual space and relies moreso on looking appealing to the eye (expressionism/Impressionism) and that delineation is about idealism and realism.

I think I prefer a mix of that to one or the other
