I used to look forward to the Holiday's, Christmas/Yule, Thanksgiving,New Years time frame.. Since my Mom passed in 2015 it's SO hard to find the happiness adn joy they used to have for me..

Very sorry for your loss. Your mom would be happy to see you enjoying yourself though. So do your best. I have lost an uncle, but never a parent or step parent. So I don't know how bad it is, but you can do it! Try and be strong for family aswell.

I saw a discussion in the comments section of a YouTube video and it reminded me of something that annoys me: when people think "creativity" means throwing random stuff together with no rhyme or reason aside from "these things are cool". Actually creating something needs more thought and care to put the stuff in place. You don't need to have the deepest lore to make something work, but carelessly stuffing everything in a blender and expecting it to taste good is silly.
