Her hair is long, thick, and brown,
When she looks at herself she sees a frown,
Some say she has a nice smile and pretty brown eyes,
No one can hear her heart's distant sighs,
Deep inside her body beyond her olive skin,
She hides within her the feeling of an unbearable sin,
She use to have a pretty face with long, thick lashes,
Her actions show outside and then she crashes,
Some people laugh and make jokes at her expense,
No one stops to understand her chaotic suspense,
She does this with anxiety and not for fun,
She pulls out her hair down to the last one,
She has hidden this problem for many years,
She has put herself in corners and brought herself to tears,
It makes her angry, anxious, and very sad,
To see she can't control herself and it has gotten this bad,
The underlying problem of this obsession invades all of her space,
Everywhere she goes, she looks down to hide her shameful face.
