Are there any musical theatre fans out there in furry land?

or any type of performing arts? Or just fans of broadway musicals and/or plays? What are your favorite broadway shows? Or just listened to the soundtracks and enjoyed them?  B)

As a matter of fact, I'm working in a musical right now! My school's doing a production of Mary Poppins this December! The Broadway version, too!  :D
I just wish ours could look even half as good.

I'm not afraid to admit it lol

My sister used to do stage crew work at her high school and we often went to see them. First one I remember though Was Oklahoma. I like a lot of the music from Phantom of the Opera. Really liked Hello Dolly. Also Paint Your Wagon is a favorite.

That sounds amazing! Are you in the cast or working behind the scenes? :) The last show i was in was Legally Blonde & I played Chutney Wyndham. It was so much fun. I've done so many shows that I've lost count of how many i've done. lol

I'm acting. It's turning out to be super fun, even if I have a minor role!


It was kinda weird at first, because last year, I did get a lead role... specifically, Farquaad in Shrek: the Musical. I'll never live that down..  XD

I've done shrek the musical too! I was Puss in Boots! lol That was fun :)

We had a very large cast and the director made sure everybody got a role.

I'm too tone deaf so I've never been in any production besides a cheesy one in 5th grade that everyone had to do :p

But I like watching them. I've seen Cats, Les Mis(my favorite!), and Into the Woods live. I also like this German musical called Tanz der Vampire, The Book of Morman, Sweeney Todd, Rent, and a few misc. others.

I like Wicked, The Fantasticks, Little Shop of Horrors... I've been trying to make my own musical on and off throughout the years, but I keep putting it off.  >.>




My sister loved Cats. And I've actually had the songs from that show in my head all day. I can't make it stop.  o.O
