Lately it feels like the What Annoys You thread has been getting a ton of activity, so let's get some positivity  up in here!

When I walk out of my apartment to go to work and it's nice and cool out, and it smells like fresh grass, that always puts me in a good mood

When expectations gets surpassed. It's rather universal though and can be easily exploited

EDIT: Exploited in a good way. You can even make bad news sound like good ones and make everyone happy!
