The Complex

Lunch was halfway over. Cecil was out on the balcony again, trying to relax but it was no use. That rhino had ruined the moment. The thought of seeing the warden beat up that dummy brought a smile to his face. He exited his cafeteria and entered the inmate's. He was bored maybe his prisoners would provide some entertainment.

[Dubaku]

*Dubaku wakes up in his cell in agony as he feels his dormant abilities begin to activate, a medical team rushes in and shoots a syringe into his chest, suppressing his powers for another 32 hours* These f*ckers are quick. *he groans, gets up and heads out of his cell to the cafeteria* Wonder what they got cookin.

Tempest raised her head and sat closer to the pigeon, nuzzling his size and purring. She stopped and looked up at him. "I-is doing that ok with you?"

Zanthe glanced over at Tempest. ... Something tells me she's not really all that bad, if she's acting this perky around such disgusting folk... and, of course, the inmates and the other guards.

[The Past]

Jio blankly watched the red panda continue her strange behavior with the fellow inmate. Something about her rubbed him the wrong way. Her attitude was annoying enough, but it all could be just a facade disguising how demented she really is.

The bear huffed and shook his head. That didn't really matter. At least it broke up the dullness of the place.

[Farewell]

Zaida hissed looking at others. She didn't enjoy being around many anthro's, not at all but perhaps use them as an advantage to get out. The Serynx looked around the cafeteria,to see the guards were taking inmates back to their cells.
A few guards got Tempest, Jio, Slade, Zanthe, Quoth, Seera escorting them to their cells.
Extra guards came to retrieve Zaida, Acon, Red, Dubaku, Durundal, and Shadowfire carefully taking them back to their cells as well, having extra security and equipment while doing so.

Tempest went with the guards with no problem, nodding her head to the song in her head, softly humming the tune.

Zanthe went willingly, having finished her food in a timely manner. Well... I guess I f-ed up my stomach again for no reason, she thought, touching her abdomen gingerly.

[Quoth The Raven]

Quoth gritted their beak. The box that refrained them from flying was being carried by guards on a metal disk. Their eyes darted around at the other inmates. Suddenly, they lunged forward, sending the husky guard stumbling. "Cut that out" The guard shouted. They murmured something into their microphone. Quoth smiled on the inside, but their expression stayed the same.
They continued walking to the cell.

[The Past]

Jio went into his cell without a word. His bed creaked as he curled up and tried to take a nap.

Cecil followed the gaurds as the escorted the inmates. "Well, back to the cells I guess. I should have brought a book or something today. I didn't know it'd be so... quiet."

[Cifero Windtail]

Zanthe looked over at Cecil, still feigning emotionlessness. "Do you want to talk, then?" she said, cocking her head inquisitively.

"I don't mind, we can talk. How did you end up as a prisoner here?"
