"Yeah I got it." Vi Vi said but was still having difficulty dragging the tool box.

Daisy flushed darkly, staring down her nose at Kat with a flustered expression on her face. The celestial wolf let out a small whine, barely keeping her feet for a few moments until Kat called out to Vi Vi. Rubbing the back of her head, Daisy looked over at the chitterniblin. "...Well, you're the expert of your own machine, right?" she said, smiling gently. "Still, if you need help with anything..."

"No I am good..." Vi Vi said sounding a little prideful. She used her telekinesis to open the tool box and a whole bunch of tools and spare parts floated out to repair her mech.

Kat glanced from Vi Vi to Daisy, giving a perplexed shrug of her shoulders... Not long ago they had talked about going to the shops, that she could understand, but all this stuff about telekinetic alien creatures and mechs was a little over her head...  So as she listened to them talk Kat cast a sidelong glance at Daisy and couldn't help but stick out the tip of her tongue. 'It's just too much fun seeing her blush like that...' the lynx thought to herself, grinning shrewdly as she nodded at Daisy's offer to help.

Kat glanced from Vi Vi to Daisy, giving a perplexed shrug of her shoulders... Not long ago they had talked about going to the shops, that she could understand, but all this stuff about telekinetic alien creatures and mechs was a little over her head...  So as she listened to them talk Kat cast a sidelong glance at Daisy and couldn't help but stick out the tip of her tongue. "Well... okay," Daisy said, bowing slightly. "We'll, er... leave you to your work, if you'd like."

"And...done!" Vi Vi said as she finished fixing her mech. There was still a few dents in her mech but she could fix that later. She climbed into the cockpit which closed around her and the mech stood up.
"Thanks again for helping...I totally forgot to introduce myself. My name is Vi Vi Neverlumb."

"Nice to meet you..." Kat replied, standing shyly behind Daisy as she watched Vi Vi's mech suit extend to its full height with a hum of motors powering up. "I'm Katka, although most just call me Kat... And don't mention it, Daisy did most of the helping anyway." she said with a sheepish smile, nodding to the celestial wolf.

"Nice to meet you..." Kat replied, standing shyly behind Daisy as she watched Vi Vi's mech suit extend to its full height with a hum of motors powering up. Daisy blushed and grinned sheepishly, rubbing the back of her head and accidentally showing a bit of her hips. "Aw, shucks," she said, swishing her long, pink-tufted tail.

Clare walked into a nearby cafe, books under her arm. "What a day," she muttered, taking a seat at the window and getting her jacket off, revealing an all-black ensemble. Sighing, the wolf took a look at the menu, clicking a pen as she did so.

(( Currently Kat, Daisy and Vi Vi are outside her apartment in a block of flats near the city University... Not sure about anybody else ))


Kat couldn't help but grin when she noticed Daisy blushing, her own short bobtail swishing happily. "No need to be so bashful about it..." she said with a warm smile and a shake of her head at Daisy, "...I definitely couldn't have lifted a ton of mech up those stairs on my own." The lynx chuckled under her breath and gave a sly wink at that.

Daisy flushed even darkly. "Kat, you're making me blush," she murmured, rubbing her arm. "Besides... I couldn't have done it without you keeping my shirt from riding up." The celestial wolf playfully poked Kat's cheek.

Alka walked with his jacket over his shoulder, held in one paw, and a large case in his other paw. He sighed, thinking to himself. Another long day at Uni... Another long night to study. Guess it isn't so bad though. Things have been looking up for me... Alka smiled to himself as he walked to the nearby flats. He stopped and tilted his head when the mech came into view. Huh...?

Alka decided not to question the mech. He had to get home and make dinner. It looked like it would be another night of instant noodles and bottled orange juice. He sighed again as he approached his flat and got the keys out of his pocket.
