(Arestoska is based heavily of of Communist Russia during the 1950's. It is supposed to be one of the coldest but you did a good job on it.)


Bailey sat in his office, watching the snow slowly fall from the sky. Why he stared silently at the snow one of his generals walked in, "So sir how was it?" Bailey turned around in his seat. "Well, I was called a warmonger, They also said my nation was already in chaos, Oh and I think they said I was a terrible leader." His general looked down at the floor and responded, "I'm sorry sir." Bailey shocked his head, "You don't need to be sorry."

A letter was sent to the desks of the leaders of each nation. It was stamped with Bradley's personal symbol. (See picture)

High General Bradley was found just inside border of the Steel Lords Republic and is in near critical condition. He will recover but he has shared grave news which could mean the deaths of many. As I'm sure rumor have leaked out about our nation concealing a new weapon from the eyes of other nations which sadly I must confirm to be true.

The Republic has developed a bomb but not just any bomb, it is called a Nuclear Warhead.  How it's works we will not say, but it has the capability to destroy an entire city in one blast. That isn't even the worst part, it also leaves the area around the blast uninhabitable causing mass sickness and inevitable death to anyone who enters it for many years to come.

This weapon is now in the hands of Quinn J. Handson, a multimillionaire with an army of mercenaries and terrorists. He is a heartless man who wouldn't and give a second thought about launching them. There's one key flaw in his plan though, the warheads aren't finished. The warheads were stolen when they were just a month from completion. This gives  a small time frame for us to act before Quinn has a chance to launch the missiles. If we do not act than this could mean the fall of all nations.

One of Bailey's officers walked into his office. "Sir we got mail from Bradley." Bailey looked at the officer and extended his arm, "Let me see it." He read over it and smiled. "Looks like we can go to war after all." His Officer smiled and said, "Do you want me to get the troops ready?" Bailey turned his head and nodded.

Ben sits at his desk reading over a letter he receive from Steel Lords Republic "That doesn't sound good, it sounds like a war will indeed be fought"

Ray received the letter with a smile on his face. Not being able to read anything but his native language had it's perks, every letter seemed like good news.  And the young raccoon loved getting mail. He chuckled, as he placed the letter carefully in a small leather envelope, and put it in a small trunk beside his bed. Ray sighed, and sat down in an armchair near his bed.

"Jovri!"
The mouse ran to the Sigikel and Adari as they stepped into the Sigikel capitol building. "Serious news from Steel Lords!"

He handed Jovri the letter, and Adari read it over his shoulder.

"So we may have been wrong," Adari muttered.

"... What does... 'Nu-kleh-ar... war head' mean?" Jovri asked.

"Whatever it means, we're in serious danger if it's true."

Jovri stared at the letter. "Yeah... L-let's talk. Everything. And have Arelu set up the ritual."

His officials knew what he meant and separated to get things sorted.
