As far as I understand it, atheistic satanism was only called satanism because the guy who made it liked to be purposely offensive to spit in the face of taboo an stigma (a noble cause I'd say) so he called it Satanism to rustle the jimmies of Christians. I think the best part about that, if it is true, is that it worked pretty well.

I'd describe myself as agnostic. I don't believe in any particular religion but I don't think they can be ruled out either, I'm really unsure. In the end I'd rather just live my life as best I can and I don't think I need a book to do that. I still don't think religion can be ruled out completely however, and with more proof I'd be willing to listen.

I'm Christian, but I'm not that strict and there isn't really a denomination that really fits me, although I lean more towards the Protestant side. All denominations seems to have it's good and bad sides, not a single one is truly 'correct'.

I'm an odd mix of things. I'm an atheistic anti theist, yet I am poly theistic at the same time, but that is more I follow the ways of norse and Egyptian mythology. Yet its more of a life site then actually worshipping the deities. (if that makes any sense... Also I'm working on polishing my first cup of coffee )
