(I guess it is indeed the purpose of this thread. Because I am into politics I have to look for other people their skills because they could be useful for you and the party. This has giving me a sense for talent in people)

^I could state you know the purpose of this thread but why going for a simple compliment?
What if I have seen is that you don't seem to be happy with a small result, a bit perfectionistic but when you reach the final result, the result you seem to have found to be perfect: that is the moment you are happy.
