I guess, this is a small pet peeve of mine: Pessimistic people. I know, being positive can be hard at times, and I may be pessimistic myself, once in a while, but staying positive really pays off.

Going with what Ulvus said, people who constantly hate on themselves. Self hatred makes you look like a moron in many cases because it isn't justified.
