realistic fursuit head tutorials?
« on: December 11, 2015, 12:34:10 PM »
Can anyone point me in the direction of good tutorials for building a realistic (non-toony) fursuit headpiece for a wolf please? I really want to build one, but all the tutorials ive found are for toony heads.

Well if you want a realistic you'll probably have to make a resin base head. And those are pretty hard... But look up how to make a wolf resin head base...(I think) and you should find some tutorials.
Unless it's too much and your just not interested in doing the work, just buy one from dream vision. They make pretty good ones.

They are about 85$ but I think the price grows if you choose uncut or unhinge, or even both. Here's their page http://www.dreamvisioncreations.com/ they even have tutorials on the site, along with they use Etsy (a site ~and app you can download~ where people make and sell items)
Hope this helps.

No problem glad I can help and good luck.
I plan to build mine in a few years (since I'm 15) and I may grow as well as I don't have much money to afford materials or go to cons haha
