Furries: Clothes Or No Clothes?

My new fursona doesn't wear any clothes because she's a feral. Best she does is occasionally wearing a silver chain around her neck. She does have more of an outfit, however, where she'll wear a sakura flower crown and vines around her neck and legs.

To me, anthros are more...accepting to put it. So if, say a cat, was to decide they rather walk around without clothing than with clothes, nobody would care, and if a deer was to walk around with clothes, again, nobody would care. Plus I always imagine anthros having longer fur around their "areas" to help kinda like...hide it. Plus I don't see a problem with the females showing their breasts (hear me out first) The only reason females (both anthro and humans) have breasts is so they can give milk to their young until they are old enough to chew and get food for themselves. It's really all the perverted people in the world that made them a sexual thing really.

I like clothes to humanize furs in most art. I find a lot can be said about a character by what they wear, especially in comics or more serious/darker themed artwork. That being said I prefer to see clothes on furs when Im following a story about them. It wouldnt make much sense if they were running nude all the time unless it was more of a wild setting.

The only time I would imagine furs without clothes was if it was a situation where a person wouldnt wear clothes, or if they were feral species.

Everyone has their own preference, I dont think it should have much to do with whether its +18 art or not, its easy to just not draw private parts even if the character wasnt clothed. Clothes are more used as an identity statement for furries.

I honestly prefer anthros wearing clothes so they're not completely just bipedal animals. I don't mind people drawing them without clothes, I just prefer drawing them with clothes.

I don't know, I have kind of mixed opinions about it. Some furries I think need clothes to look decent, but others I think need minimal clothing in order to accomplish the same. I dunno, I guess it's about what species they are.

I think it depends on the character and story. Some are better with out some are better with. For example furries with a lot on them like marking and stuff that makes them more detail will be bad with clothes on them. Some that are more simple might be more expressed with clothes. Honestly I like both and seen both bad and good on each side. In general there is no with our with out, it depends on the creator and your self.

I like this. I love 'anthro' characters who are not in the least bit Human.

I don't mind either way. Clothes or no clothes, depends on what's appropriate for the situation. I honestly think Anthros, being Anthros, look better with clothes - but that's my opinion.

  There are many reasons not to have clothes or have clothes just depends on the on the context of the situation it may make a character more revealing or more cute depends on how you use it . I think clothed anthropomorphic characters tend to look more human (not a bad thing). Also i prefer clothes in most cases ;3.

On furs that is - all kinds of furs.

What's the point in fur if you're just gonna wear clothes anyway is how I look at it
