yea, I mean you shouldn't notice anything, but some climate changes, some earthquakes here and there, some new mountains and ravines forming, as well as extreme weather and maybe the length of the days But other than that, not really

I think climate change is the main problem. It's not like your breaking the earth. You're just changing the rotation, which would only affect wind, sunlight, those things.

The thing is earth spins like a couple kilometers per second on the equator. So if you say the wind changes yes it would. It would blow about two times that speed for a long long time. That's just one problem.

Well, the continental plates are the ones that formed most of the mountains and continents, and they are really affected by how the earth spins, so if it would suddenly spin the other way, the plates would be unbalanced and probably break, making some really huge ravines and just a big mess in general
