Slipped on a banana peel...

Off of a ledge, on a very tall building...

Into a open man-hole in the streets below...

That was also filled with noxious sewer gasses...

Wich then proceeded to explode, as you fell into it...

Wich then caused a water line to rupture, and flood the crevasse now under the road with water...


I guess the grim reaper wanted to make shure? :\
