I do believe that spots are still open, but that is up to Anon to decide. If he says it's okay, then fill out a form similar to the way the rest of us have, then wait for him to okay for it before posting in the IC thread.

If/When you get the okay, remember that you'll be starting in one of the three cities and the idea is to explore this world. The setting is a steampunk-meets-fantasy type realm, so nothing TOO advanced for tech.

He has a pair of short horns on his head and razor sharp teeth and typically wears a black vest over a white shirt, black pants with a skull belt and boots.

 Denied: Im sorry but i feel as if the character your wanting to contribute would be too solitary and too..ridiculous. The rp is about exploring the world. Not sitting in a castle while i try to make up things for your character to do. And also i would like to see some originality. I mean your obviously copying the joker. This rp is supposed to drop you into the world head first and let you spread your creative wings! Intereact with other players! Not just make a comic book character and give him a job by himself. So the joker character is denied but an original character with a better profession and a deeper backstory will gladly be accepted. Thank you!

Also guys my main goal is to direct the story with minor characters that push you in the right direction when you need it. My main goal is for you guys to play with eachother to decide what to do. Anything minor or npc ill be running but any choices you guys make ill gladly roll with!
