The Snack Den

[Fuzzpaws]

Female wolf voice:  "Pups, your dad brought dinner... better get it while it's hot..."

Sounds of many small things bumping and knocking against the box.

[Firox]

*still can't see outside, do hear all*
*tries to scratch the side of the box*

[?]

* Still trying to pop out the top *

[Fuzzpaws]

Box suddenly opens, there is bright light, appears to be candles or something, Lots of wolf pups moving around rapidly trying to see in, and two grown wolves standing back watching

One to the other  "This will be epic.."

[Firox]

*eeeps, hides behind Vee*
where are we?

[?]

* popz head out and looks around, then fur suddenly puffs up from surprise *    eep

[Fuzzpaws]

"Oh, good, they are BOTH in there... There will be enough for everyone!!" 

[?]

* still standing stiff with big eyes * 

[Firox]

*looks back at Naake* 
whats going  on Naake? 


*still hides behind Vee*
*poking head from the side, too small for everyone*

[?]

* slips into the box a little more and just peeks out a tiny bit * eep, hopez we nu get eaten. They look vewy hungry     where are we?

[Fuzzpaws]

Suddenly the wolf pups run in toward the box, all howling and yipping loudly, obviously very eager..


Finally one gets the rest to quiet down for a moment..

"...and thank you dad for bringing these little furs for dinner!!  Such a surprise to have them here"



The two biggest pups reach in, maws open and each closes their sharp little teeth over one of the small furs necks...


Carefully picking them up and carrying them to the seats of honor around a grand Chinese buffet style meal set out elegantly on the floor of the Naake den.

Finally, once everyone is settled (though some are obviously confused) Naake Ni, and his mate step forward, mate says quietly and politely

" Vee and Jyotis, we are honored to have you here as our guests for this meal. You have been great friends to Naake ni for this past year or so, and we wanted to repay the kindness by having you here in our den for a feast with all of us. It was extremely difficult to do it as a surprise, but today finally worked out."

 All starts talking and howling  "Yes.. Welcome.. Friends.. " So noisy

Finally Naake ni clears his throat and all go silent

"Vee and Firox, Jyotis, and several others have shown me that friends can be of any species, and have helped me to learn to have fun and enjoy the comfort and quiet with close friends in a truly honorable way... Thank you my friends."

Looks around at pups "Remember your manners, our guests get first choice before you get into a freeforall... Understood?"

Pups, as one "Yes Father"

"Then by all means, lets eat!"

[Firox]

I dun know where, wherez Vappy?
   *gets closer to Vee* 


*passes out* 


*wakes up after a few minutes, still looking all around confused*

* tiltz head *    ohh, guest?  thank you, Naake and all!     Your welcome Naake, thank you for being so nice to us as well and not nomming us     * giggles *


* paws at Firox * it's okay, Jyo. Just Naake and family    we are guest  * happily looks at the food *
