The thing I absolutely love though is cheesecake with poppy seeds. Poppy seed cake is the second one of my favorites, so mixing them only makes sense!

I did. They gmo'd the poppy to be opium free though a while back. Unless you use the natural one
And the amount is so small it doesn't affect you. Just can be detected.
We had a situation over in Poland when a guy put the opium poppy seeds into sweetrolls XD
Had pierogi today too. And most likely tomorrow.

Basically dough stuffed with various stuff, from fruit to meat to some other stuff you see only in it, like cheese and potatoes. Then it's boiled and/or fried.
