I think a couple seconds will do it.  I'd put them in the toaster though.

Okay I've seen these around maybe. They're good.

I only managed to find poptarts in the American section in TESCO's, most of the food there has peanut somehow incorporated into there ingredients..... strange..... but yummy

Since peanuts cause some serious allergies it's better to put them in there just in case.
Never seen them in tesco, will check them out if the American week comes around again and I'm there
