Windows 10 is better than people think, it's just that it was a mostly forced update that a lot of folks resent it.
Windows PCs are waaaaaaaaaay cheaper than any apple product too.

Yeah. Apple is a total waste of everything in my opinion. I have win 10 on my pc though and... Well it's not bad for normal user but for a gamer it has some bad kinks...

It's just unstable. Crashes. Didn't get a single blue screen with windows 7, had it with 3 different games on 10

That's compatibility. A lot of stuff changed quite dramatically with Windows 10 and thus, you need to run pretty much all of the good old games in compatibility mode.

I had beta 1.6.6 cracked for a while and then Dad got an account for me to use around b-1.8. My sister shared with me up until I bought my own.

I can remember building minecart tracks that went in loops and being so proud of myself.
Nowadays, I play with around 100 mods and crappy framerate - though I can automate tonnes of tech mods

I'm into magic mods more, the modern tech stuff isn't as good as the old IC2 was...
And minecarts. What got me into redstone. Boosters were removed before you started I believe, around 1.5. Beta of course.

Ender IO is the only tech mod I use nowadays. And some TE stuff. Mostly Thaumcraft and blood magic lately.
You remember the old equivalent exchange? Around 1.2? Golden age of mods back then.
