Ya know brain freeze is almost similar to a Red out.

yeah one theory sounds very similar to a red out , but instead of your vision blanking out in Red you get a pain in your head.

there are also mulitple ways to help the pain go away mainly making the top of your mouth warmer than the ice cream you had... (breathing throught the nose and out the mouth helps too)

I heard of those methods as well, they do help me a little bit faster than just letting it go on it's own, I guess it just depends on the person

Eevee's ears and fur between the ears
until Eevee falls asleep
