Garen smiled happily. "I guess I didn't.". He took a drink of his water. "It may not be as exciting as what you do but I'm a construction worker." Garen spoke, still smiling.

[Razuel]

"Well you are right to think that but, it is good pay and extremely much more safe as opposed to what I do for a living." *A rumbling is heard outside, and as it's being heard, I take a big swig of my rum* "Aah. Welp, there's my next contract. Be right back. Oh and please stay inside, this thing's a gorgon." *Gets up and in one swift movement my weapons and jacket are gone and only grunts and pounding sounds can be heard*

Garen nodded as he watched the dragon leave.

[Razuel]

*A loud thud is heard, then the door opens, as I prop myself up with my sword* "Heh, damn thing was strong, nearly kille- AAH" *A blue jot of light swirls around my body then disappears.* "Tch, I hate it when she does that." * I then walk normally towards the couch, not limping, and sit down.*

Garen frowned slightly. "Are you alright?" He asked sounding very concerned.

[Razuel]

"Y-yeah, I just died, isall. Ya see, there's a reason why Viv and Keith look like Phoenixes, there is the rare chance where a mission begins to kill Angel or myself, I mean Angel and I could easily revive ourselves, but it'd take decades to do so, and in the phoenix code, it prompts them to initiate the Resurrect protocol, regardless of their feelings towards their holders." *types something into a codex and a huge bottle of rum appears and I drink half of it in 2 gulps, then it turns into a blue liquid, and I finish that off.*

"So..." Garen started, surprised. "Because of this... resurrection protocol.. she'll be gone for decades?".

[Razuel]

*Finishes drinking the bottle* "wha- no, Vivian just needs a few minutes to reboot. Angel and myself are basically immortal thanks to Viv and Keith, meaning that when we tire out, the Resurrection protocol rapidly speeds up the rejuvenation process, making myself and Angel stay at our prime."

"Oh.. alright then." Garen said, not really understanding. He drank from his water bottle.

"Sorry, I honestly don't understand it myself."

"It all sounds confusing to me.." Garen admitted.

After clearing out the food from the the refrigerator  (and possibly a Tupper ware container)  Ruckus contentedly pads back between the two furs to the pile of bean bag seats.

"Yeah, I know. It just happened, is really the best answer."

Garen nodded slowly. "Alright.."

Walks in and sorta stands there awkwardly.
