Ehh... Maybe? All instincts can be controlled though, and considering you don't change your brain into animal one you should be smart enough to learn that.

If we didn't "change our brain into an animal one" we wouldn't be animals at all, lol. We wouldn't be able to function.

And sure, instincts can be controlled. if you're a human or tamed by humans. But there won't be any more humans, or any willing to "train" you, will there? Even the smallest things, like cats scratching their claws against trees are instincts. What's the point of being an anthro if you're still expected to act like a human?

All I'm saying is that you can't ignore the facts. If I'm not going to question it, the people who develop the technology certainly will anyway.

Yay for smart people with technology! Screw nature and instincts.
I don't want to be an animal, I want to have animal body. Or some features at least. It would take a while to develop the ability to move the tail for example but it can be done.

But you have to have an animal mind to function. That's my point. Or else you'll try to stand on two legs all of the time because your human brain is telling you that you're still bipedal. It just won't work.

But whatever if somehow scientists are able to get over these obstacles, fine, but THAT is something I believe won't happen in my lifetime.

I want it to happen tho. And we're still talking about anthro forms, so standing on two legs is the way to go anyway.
