Typing not much problem for me, actual speaking I'm still a bit shy on certain topics and not sure how to answer questions or using correct words.

That's why you're a big mean dragon now. Show those bastards what's up. You won't ever be pushed around now - and I mean that seriously, not just a size joke. None of us will ever make you feel that way.

I remember when I got shoved into a wall by a bully and I yelled "Oh ho! Slimfast!" He was so embarrassed by all the kids laughing at him he ran away. I also tended to yell "Gay rape!" if they tried to bully me. O.o I'll tell you, being a supervisor/manager of retail since I was 16, the shy factor went completely out the window. I talk to random people in grocery stores. I'll embarrass people I'm with. When people look at me weird for wearing a tail I threaten to sniff their butts. Life is more interesting with me around, I've been told.

sounds like it, i don't think id be wearing a tail into the store i work though, my boss is kinda old school and likes professionalism on and off the clock

Firox, I would love that! I don't wear it to work - it's a Hilton. Very hoitey toitey. But on my days off, all the time. I feel much more comfortable with it on. If you ever catch someone staring, stare back for a few seconds and say. "Hey." When they look at you (and not your tail), turn your hip and ask them "Want some tail?"

When you're confident enough to not be embarrassed by really anything, life is -so- much more fun. Just have to put yourself in the mind of a dad/mom. All self respect just goes out the window and you can start really enjoying it.

i decided to go with a canine type tail for now, until i can find the right dragon one, or have one made

You'll have to show me when it comes in! I'll take a picture with my collar, tail, and ears for you when my collar gets here. I need to find a leaf pendant to put on the collar. Did you get to the Geode's Heart Hot Springs, Maki? I don't want to say anything to ruin the story. X.x

You should, Styxxie! I have one I'm working on, but I'll have a picture of him when my new iPad comes. I'm using it to draw my little characters and work on my art, and to make my Monster Hunter webcomic. Furry style.

haven't ordered tail yet, don't know which one i want yet and still need the money. i have also sworn to never take a single selfie in my life, so i still have that going for me
