I would agree, Styxx, but I wouldn't really call my job work. Either of them. Working at a hotel might as well not even be work. I go hang out and get paid for it. And writing is an absolute blast. So I don't really consider either of my jobs a task. What do you do? If you're their manager, put the fear of god in them. When one of your employees is off, tell them you had him decapitated because he wasn't pulling his weight, so you sent him where he would be force to pull four times his weight for all eternity. Hell. Hell is where you sent him, in case that was unclear to them.

Where was I? Right. And that's why he's not here today. So they better get their act together!

I'm a flat rate technician for express service. And trust me these idiots wouldn't flintch if a vendol was growling them I'm their face... Also i have to be extremely careful with how I do things and what I say as, the owner told them to do something and the black kid that is the worst, actually began to throw the race card and said what he was doing was actually  slave work... It saddens me to see people that are willing to work so damned hard to do so little...

O.o Wow. If he'd just put that effort into the job, he wouldn't have to waste so much effort on excuses. Wouldn't be in that position to begin with. That's pretty impressive; I'm sorry you have to deal with it. I had an employee at GameStop that pulled that. "Why do you always make me do the grunt work, because I'm black?" I told him yes. He laughed and did what I told him, thank God. X.x
