A wolf/elf
He was brought into creation when his mother an elf maid in the royal house and his father a wolf lord fell so deep in love their bond created a child with the magic in the glade of derinoth. Their love however grew as the two races stood on the brink of war. When the wolf king, kalans grandfather, heard what had happened he marched his forces south to the elf lands to destroy the child. Minutes before his birth kalans farther was killed in the battle for the middle lands. When word reached the battle feild that a half blood two legged had been born the armies stood down in hopes that this child could bring peace to the races. Having no father the elf king took pity on him and his mother and took them in. He would later marry her and apoint kalan his apopted son and prince of the realm. Years later when his grandfather lay dying he requested that kalan travel to the north lands to see him. It was the first time that an elf blood had set foot on the wolves land since the war. Upon his grandfather's dying wish he became an emmisary to the races in hopes of reuniting them. He loved once but tragically he was taken from him. He would trust his heart again to a female wolf from the far north but their love would never be. He now spends his days watching over the woodlands and her people from the oaken hall and the wood throne
