*Topaz kept rolling in the grass, she stopped to stare at a rock with a lizard on it. She got into a crouch and leveled her muzzle with the lizard, she wagged her tail and jumped at the lizard, just for it to scramble away and for her muzzle to crash onto the rock.*

Tim ran upstairs and charged to his room down the hall, kicking his door into chunks and splinters and replacing it with a heavy drape made from his muscle, bone tissues, cells, and fur.
Rio calmly carried everything upstairs and moved across from Tim.

((I'm in the works of planning out an introductory event, which I will PM to everyone currently in to get a head count for who's in and who's doing what. Hopefully that will be enough to spice up things and get people into the house. The RP wouldn't be so slow if everyone actively input events and things they want to happen. That, and if we had as big of a RPer count as Kro amassed in the very first house/apartments.))

(( I also think that having to PM an application to join is a little intimidating.
I think an open uh... open sign up would appeal more. And having the actual RP linked in the sign up.
I could help manage it so people will see it. you are right, we should encourage details and interactions with the world.))

[The Past]

((The point of the PM apps, according to Kro and Zarco, is so the character sheets don't clutter the thread, plus it makes it easier to approve and double check the powers of characters instead of having to search through the thread for them. There were times in the past where people made up overpowered abilities in the middle of the RP without mentioning it in the character sheet or letting us know of the change beforehand. PMs make it easier to keep track.))

[The Past]

A young white and light lavender cockatoo strolled toward the mansion. He wore only shorts, a backpack, and a navy blue and gold bandana around his neck.
Clutching a wrinkled flyer, he arrived at the edge of the property and examined the structure with curious eyes. He grunted as he rolled his shoulders and stretched out his wings and crest, exposing their purple and yellow hues. He wanted to explore the place before settling down, but exhaustion was starting to creep up on him. He continued to walk inside.
