I-" Al stopped himself short realising that he was giving away who he was. "I collect them. And as for cutting through demons and angels, I don't believe in them. Now, leave before I call the police."

The fox's face shifted in what appeared to be his best effort towards raising a nonexistent eyebrow. "Your mistake is thinking that we want this war and chaos. All these mortals running about killing in the name of God," the fox practically spat the name, "and our latest schemes have involved getting some blonde, prideful billionaire into the White House." The demon scoffed and shook his head. "We were cast out by petty, self-righteous angels acting on the orders of a jealous god. You don't need to worry about us. The only reason we decided to meet the angels here is because otherwise they'd have marched into our halls.


In truth, the only thing known for certain was that both forces were having it out on earth. The demon could be lying about the angels being the aggressors, but he seemed quite adamant about their past together. Raising his nose into the air he sniffed at the air and began to sense for nearby heartbeats. Finding others further out he turned back to the Vexū. "I have faith we'll meet again. Until then.." The fox walked calmly towards the other living beings then suddenly his entire body shifted back to it's normal form and he sprinted off.

"C'mon, I'm not afraid of you. I'd just prefer to have you as a friend, and from your attitude I can tell that you aren't just ready to befriend me, correct? Well you at least have to admit that I found you, YOU of all people in this city of labyrinths, and take it to heart when I say this, you were the hardest creature to track, and there are only a few others that I know who have an equivalent tracking skill to mine." 'Razuel then took out a snack and started to eat it'

Al's right eye widened slightly. "And just who am I?" He readied his knife in his left hand, pulling an arm back, prepared to throw it if he didn't like Razuel's answer.

Ray wandered the city, as the whispers started to plague him again. However, they were not accompanied by hallucinations. He sighed, and tried to think. M-Maybe I should...write them down...that might calm them.

"Obviously someone who is fairly skilled. Now I mean my best, please don't get angry at me..."

Al kept his eyes on the window, still ready to throw the knife. He wanted to throw it just for the sake of throwing it, but didn't want to have to hide a body if he didn't have to. "I have no idea what the hell you are talking about. Please leave now. Last warning before I call the cops."

The poor soul he'd spotted was the rather distressed looking Ray. 'Talking to yourself? Voices in your head, huh? You might be a fun person to get to know..' There was a grotesque series of shifts as the kumiho's body shifted and he took the form of a dirty, grey teenage wolf. The tattered clothes he manifested on his person were the final touch he needed. Slowly creeping out from around the corner, he spoke up. "He-hello? Are you a mortal? I hope to god you're a mortal.." The anthro wolf slowly crept out towards Ray.

Al rolled his eyes and pressed a paw to his forehead. Forest Beast... Real original. He shook his head and motioned to Clare to throw him one of his katanas. "My fridge and pantry are decently stocked, and I doubt I could learn anything from you that isn't information about others. That being said, if I did want to know, I could go and find out myself."

Clare nodded and picked up a katana, tossing it to Alka.

Al grabbed the katana with his free paw and unsheathed it using his thumb and forefinger, aiming it towards the ground.

Clare, having heard Razuel's side of the conversation as well, thought about what she could do, being a nephilim.

Ray's grotesque revolver was immediately at the wolf, but the young raccoon's paw was shaking violently. "W-Who are you? I-I'm really not in the mood to fight, and n-no, I-I'm not mortal. N-Not anymore."
