"I'm sorry for the rude intro, I'm Luka, Are you Ms.Ceilia?" she asked Ceilia. "I apoligize ,but it is kinda odd to see  a mouse with wings." Luka's ears drooped.

[Cecilia Peromi]

Cecilia nodded "yes, I'm Cecilia. Hello there Luka. I guess they do look wierd now, but soon I'll be flying!"

[Romulan_Furry]

"Take it from me, Cecilia," Viktor said from his booth, "There's no better feeling than soaring among the clouds with the Dragons of Dragon'taan."

"Yeah, Viktor would know," agreed the pregnant Kabier. "I've been up there with him a few times... well, on his back."

[Cecilia Peromi]

Cecilia turned to look at the speaking dragon anthro. "That's why I wanted them so much, I think they're about to turn into flesh."

[Alessia Starfurr]

"That might be painful." Luka noted "But on another note Tigress wanted me to tell you your armor is ready, and if you ask I think she can add wings to your suit that would work just as well as those ,but would be attached to the suit instead of you."

[Cecilia Peromi]

"Oh! Cool! I'll be sure to head over there soon. It'll be pretty cool when I fly over there."

[Razuel]

Razuel handed Cecilia a little timer, set for 3 minutes, "When this goes off, you'll be able to fly, okay?, and in the mean time, I'll get myself some food and wait for you at Cafe when you are done, alright, Cecilia?"

[Cecilia Peromi]

Cecilia took the timer, she could already feel the synthetic wings becoming organic. The metal was becoming bone, the flaps skin. Most of all, she felt the powerful muscles grow stronger and stronger. "These are going to take me everywhere."

[Romulan_Furry]

"Just be sure to show respect to the Dragons of this world. And on Dragonaria Prime, if you're ever there - I speak from experience that dragons and dragon-shifters alike on this world can be a bit... sensitive. Even General Indari, who has suffered traumas far worse than my own," Viktor cautioned Cecilia. "I assume you've heard about the Fall of Cerinia?"

[Alessia Starfurr]

"Speaking of Tigress, Viktor I think she had something for both of you." Luka said to the Dragon-shifter and his lioness wife.

[Cecilia Peromi]

"No, I don't think I have." Cecilia said, then the device went off. Cecilia quickly turned it off and dismissed it. Her wings were ready, but that was obvious to her. She felt their immense strength on her back. "I know i'm not a dragon. but I don't like how people give me dirty looks."

[Razuel]

"That part, unfortunately, I can't fix the mixed signals. You still have that pager right? If you do, keep it if you are do end up getting in trouble, just call.", Razuel then departed for a Cafe.

[Romulan_Furry]

"I do apologize for the mixed reactions," Viktor said to Cecilia. "Ever since that one incident with that foreigner, people who live here have been... a little edgy around newcomers. Don't let them get you - the people here on Dragon'taan warm up fairly quickly."

[Cecilia Peromi]

"That's good to hear." Cecilia said, then she took a seat near the couple's booth. "So, is this place any good? I'm getting hungry."

[Razuel]

Razuel went to a Cafe across the street from the restaurant that Cecilia was in and sat down on its outside patio, "Excuse me, Waiter, could I get a coffee?"
