"Oh, certainly not. This stuff explodes when hit with energy weapons. In fact, the only thing close to that allowed aboard the station are sonic charges and mining lasers. The Mining Facility is very touchy about this sort of thing. Ballistic weapons, bullets... they seem to have no effect on this stuff, however," Praven explained. "We lost contact with the facility some time ago, and the DMC has tasked me with finding out why the facility isn't answering hails. It could be a downed or damaged transmitter or communications array - but the Force tells me otherwise. Something happened at that facility. Now, ordinarily, I'd investigate this myself, but one, my personal ship is down for maintenance, and will be for a few weeks; and two, this ship isn't small enough to effectively navigate that field without causing the whole field to go supernova. I was going to request one of our Dragon friends, here, accompany me to help investigate this matter - before Rellius called. Now you're here. And you needn't worry about your pay - that'll be handled by the DMC once I explain things to them."

"Gonna have to do some digging, see what I can find," Jacqueline replied. "But I'd like it if you kept close to me and my fleet, so I don't have to go hunting for you. Regardless, we should finish up affairs here and then head for the rendezvous spot and meet up with the rest of my fleet." As she said this, a trio of Jem'Hadar Destroyers went active - a result of Jacqueline's drones restoring the ships' systems. "While we're here, I'd advise you take some of these vessels - they might come in handy, and there's plenty to choose from. If you need some extra drones or something to run them, let me know."

"For one thing, my hangars are full; for another--" The commander of the Tornado began, before another ship of the same class dropped out of hyperspace. The Commander was silent to Ayki, as he would speak to the commander of the new vessel on another channel, before speaking to Ayki again. "... How convenient. I'm being relieved. Well, feel free to board my vessel - hangar's in the belly of the ship. However, as I said, my hangars are full, so I'd advise using the docking bay between the hangars, instead. I'll have tractor beams guide you in once you get close. Hop aboard, I'll get you where you aim to go."
*** Torrent System ***
When Fayam landed, he would find he had a pair of Romulan Mercenaries waiting for him, both armed with heavily-modded disruptor rifles. Neither of them looked friendly, but they would speak in a diplomatic manner: "Lord Torrentus wishes to speak with you. Please follow us."
*** New Romulus ***
Admiral Obisek continued to go over data, hoping in the corner of his mind this captain wouldn't be walking to her doom.
"Clearly," the Romulan Merc agreed. "Look, I'll be frank - my crew and I have been looking for work since our captain turned into a Tal Shiar toady. I don't suppose you know of anyone needing a mercenary group of former-marines?"

"If your moment does come, be warned - it won't come when it's convenient for you. I didn't ask for that fight, it got forced on me," Amy warned Mary.
"She's not wrong," Jason sighed. "She and I both have had our fair share of those moments."

As Michen would continue, a strange, tattooed man would follow some ways behind him - far enough to not easily be spotted. As he followed, he occasionally spoke quietly to something in his trench coat collar.
*** Gorbis Mongdrigo, Streets ***
Malgus gently strode through the gathered crowd. He was unwilling to remove his breath mask, lest the Mongdrigans see battle scars from a war nearly four millennia ago. When he heard the ranger, he frowned. "A visitor? Who?" he asked.
*** The Craat, Gorbis local airspace ***
"Understood," Ahsoka said. She mentally prepared herself to meet a millennia-old Sith Lord, but even she didn't truly know how Malgus would react to a Jedi. Would he be hostile? Would he try to turn her? Or, if the reports she'd been getting of him were to be believed, would he be calm and cordial?
*** Warship Iron Dragon, Leaving Reach Orbit ***
"I wanted answers: How did you know I was on Reach, and how did you find me? And why did I have visions of you while I was on Reach?" Vhikarev asked.
Ahkrinviingah would speak to Fixel: "How you answer is your choice... my advice? Do not tell him you are DMC. At the moment, it will only... anger him."

"That right?" Saraabi asked, approaching the crate. "I hope you have more than the good stuff in there - kinda hungry right now. That meeting with the Cardassians took longer than expected."

The Predator didn't even have a chance to scream when Kyva drove his sword through the Predator's chest - the blade cleaved his heart on two. Death was instant. The humans cheered Kyva on, having seen him defeat the creature that had plagued them since they crashed here.
*** Draco city, Dragon'taan ***
Drake managed to keep his balance when the shockwave hit and keep a good grip on little Jason, but had his eyes slammed shut when that nuke went off. No way was he gonna go blind like that. After, he went to Amie's side. "Honey, you okay?" He would try to help her up to get her and Shiloe to their jeep, trying to ignore the mushroom cloud in the distance and just get home.
Ann was facing the other way when the nuke went off, but after the bright flash, she rushed to a window and saw it. "Someone tell me I'm not the only one seeing this..." she said hoarsely.
*** Dragon'taan Orbit ***
"I saw the blast from up here, dear," Markus replied. "I strongly advise you not go in there; the radiation will be lethal. I don't know if your protomech can handle radioactivity on a scale like that."
*** Corneria Orbit ***
The battle over Corneria raged on. The Sith Covenant were hell-bent on keeping this slice of territory, while Commander Travis and his forces, working in tandem with Team Star Fox aboard a stolen Sith Frigate and Cornerian Resistance Forces now appearing everywhere, fought to liberate the Cornerian Capitol.
What neither side expected was the sudden appearance of not only a joint TEC, Advent and Vasari fleet, claiming to be from the Triple Alliance, but also a joint fleet of Dragonarian and Kemorainian ships, all coming to aid the oppressed people of Corneria.
But the Sith Covenant had surprises of their own - a reinforcement fleet that dropped in from parts unknown.
(Anyone else wanna add their own spin to the Liberation of Corneria?)
