The leopard looked at her watch, then at Michen, then put a hand on their shoulder, giving it a gentle squeeze before heading off. It wouldn't be long before another individual approached them, a feline clad in UNSC Marine armor. "Hey, pal - you alright? You need a medic or something?"
*** Sangheilios Local Space ***
In a bizarre twist, a lone
Harrower-class Battlecruiser would drop out of hyperspace - right into the missile's path, too close for the missile to make any course alterations. At the warship's angle, the missile would impact on the vessel's starboard side.

"A starport?" The shipmaster asked. "Are you sure?"
"He's no reason to be false with us, Shipmaster. If Malgus was indeed--" Huki began. He was suddenly cut off as one of the other bridge crew shouted something in Sangheili. The shipmaster's head whipped around, then to the nearby monitor.
"Show me," he commanded. A screen was brought up, showing a missile that had entered Sangheili Space - followed by the arrival of a certain iconic Imperial ship. Huki leaned closer to Garrus.
"Either of those look familiar to you?" he asked him.

Andru and Inorra pressed the advantage, and the holographic troops did the same, in an effort to force the snake folk to retreat.

"That's affirmative, Malachai - we can send you down on your word," the AI responded.
In the captain's quarters, Kyle gently slid the blankets over Gypsie, then activated the TV on the other end of the domicile, keeping the volume low so as not to wake Gypsie. He had to admit, he was growing... fond, of her. But would she be able to handle the gravity of what he is? Of what he was capable of? That remained to be seen.

Anna kissed the top of Raz's head as she traveled, shifting every now and again to keep her rifle on her shoulder.

"You want to help pay off someone's loan...?" the teller asked incredulously. She frowned, then an idea formed. "Well... if you are bent on helping someone... I have a friend who needs certain... debts, paid off."

Ketorr reluctantly got up from talking with his parents to answer the door, frowning at the blue vixen. "Uh... hello. Can I... help you?" he asked.
*** New Cerinia ***
Well, if they wanted us dead, they'd have tried by now, Markus responded.
Something tells me we're not dealing with a typical Sith. And this sith may have information we'd want or find useful.
*** New Cerinia, Krystal mansion, backyard ***
Just entering the area was a fox-tiger hybrid, frowning at the newcomer, who she thought was someone else. "Mom...? What are you doing here? I thought you were upstairs... and why are you wearing those ridiculous clothes?" Saraabi asked.

"I see... so you're doing some mercenary ops for the Romulan Republic to meet that goal," the Klingon surmised. "I can appreciate that." He paused, then continued, "I am Commander T'tocs, of the Klingon House of Pegh. If it's the Tal Shiar and their Hirogen friends you're looking to eliminate for the Romulans, we can help with that. We are not going to ask for any kind of reward from you - we have our own interest in this. All we need... is someone willing to stage an attack of the place - take command of a battle fleet of ours and raze the place, cover our task. Then you can take your success report and tell President D'Tan whatever you like. Savvy?"
*** Outpost 'Vadam ***
The commandant of Outpost 'Vadam signaled the
