The young, steel-black skinned dragoness known as Jacqueline "Jacky" Carsen was, like the name of her ship implied, a wayward star. Wandering the cosmos, forever ill at ease, she did anything she could to protect the weak and helpless. She wished she could have done the same with her own tribe. She tried. She fought so hard, but even touched by the power of the Force, she could not save them. Broken by her own impotence to save her people from the Klingons that called themselves "House Kruge", and enraged at the House Kruge for the unprovoked extermination of her people, she turned to her knowledge of robotics and a sudden surge of dark force energies, and killed the Klingons that killed those she called family. In the aftermath, she found she had a fleet of ships and nothing but ashes to call home - so she built drone soldiers and crewmen to pilot those ships - a process taking years - and she left. She had been wandering the stars ever since, and every society she saved was one step closer to redemption.
Still, as versatile as this fleet was, she wanted to expand it a little. Many of the wrecks here were salvageable, and she had never encountered many of the vessels she found here. As the salvage operations were underway, she kept an eye on sensors - there were ghost readings every now and then, and it made her feel uneasy. She and her current escorts were cloaked, and therefore invisible, but it still worried her - this wreck yard was new, and the vultures would be circling.
It wasn't until another ship appeared - another scavenger, she assumed - that things got interesting.
"Comms," she commanded, "That vessel, the one releasing the drones... hail them. See if they respond. Tactical, stand by weapons and shields, prepare to disengage the cloaking device if needed, and have our escorts do the same." As these orders were being carried out, a hailing signal, origin seemingly unknown, was sent to Dusk's ship. No hostile ultimatums, no demands to know what they were doing - if anything, the signal seemed a simple "Hello".

"Yes," the woman said, handing over Weaver's payment. "Take my advice and get clear, now - I can't tell you any more than that."
*** Edge of Cornerian Space ***
The sudden appearance of the XS Light Freighter did not go unnoticed by the approaching fleet. Unwilling to de-cloak, Travis sent an automated signal to the freighter requesting they identify themselves.

Vasily continued to mumble and mutter, but being held by the woman he loved had a profound effect on him, as he began to settle down. Some time later, he woke, confused to find himself in his quarters. "G... Gypsie...? he called out.
*** New Cerinia ***
The Farasan that had given Fayam the message vanished. When Fayam would activate the message, it would contain the scarred face of a middle-aged Klingon that said, "The House of Pegh requires your assistance. We cannot offer much by way of payment, but you are our best chance for this operation. This message will transmit meeting coordinates. Speak of this to no one, and come alone. I cannot tell you any more than that."

Jason went along, boarding one of the pods. "I'm surprised you'd get in one of these, Amy," Jason commented
"I told you last time, Jason - I'm over it," Amy said.
*** Landing Zone, Tatooine ***
Kira leapt up from cover, and used the Force to project a barrier that would deflect the ballistic projectiles. She looked behind her at Doc and Kozik. "Come on!" she shouted over the gunfire. She then began advancing on the MG positions. However, while the barrier would deflect the MG rounds, those present may find it did not keep them from
shooting back.
*** New Romulus ***
The Romulans of New Romulus tried their best to recreate their capitol much in the same way that the Romulan Empire's capitol had been before the Hobus Disaster. But, as familiar as this would be to Romulans here, the gunslinger would find open restaurants, markets, work sectors, and government and corporate enclaves everywhere. And toward a dark, cavern-like area resided the Reman habitats, where the nocturnal Remans resided. One of the Remans flagged the gunslinger down, trying to get his attention.
