The Silent Enemy

Jason looked to the Ferret with a stoic look. "Commander Jason Priznat," he introduced himself. "If you want to help, that's great - I can use all the hands willing to help. We were about to set course for the Flotilla recommended to us by our Romulan Republic... friends, or whoever they are. If you're a soldier, double plus, as those seem to be in short supply among those we lifted off Virinat. Mostly farmers and merchants, who will be getting off at the Flotilla."

"Thank goodness," the ferret gave a sigh of relief, "I'd feel more comfortable if you were actually certain these people are friends, but I suppose anything that'll keep me occupied is alright." Alec looked around and then cleared his throat. "The name is Alec, by the way, Alec Wayland. Skilled technician with numerous certifications, but my favorite cert is my ELDR." The ferret smirked and gave the captain a moment before he explained, "Expert Long Distance Rifleman. So who were those things? I'd like to know what group I'm going to be thinning out soon."

[Alessia Starfurr]

"Short hassle with a Tai Shiar rebel Romulan warbird, needless to say between the Chimera and the Borealis, it wouldn't have lasted much longer than it did." Tigress explained


Keri walked up to Jason. "Here's a report on the aftermath of the Elachi attack, Jason, it's not good ,but it's all I could come up with."

[Razuel]

"Alright. Well, could you point me to a transmitter, I need to contact my crew, they were told to take their refugees somewhere safe, so they might've taken them back to Earth."

[Alessia Starfurr]

Tigress handed Razuel a portalble Transmitter. "I work on a lot of things back at my armory." The large Tiger explained.

[Razuel]

Razuel took the Transmitter, "Thank you.", Razuel began a call to his crew, they told him that they went back to Earth, and have given temporary homes to the refugees there, "Oh thank god, they're all safe."

[Romulan_Furry]

Jason looked to Kavin. "That depends - what's your usual fee?" he asked.

Kavin throws him an average number for the setting...

"you havent seen me work so cant expect you to pay more than that, and thats for basic "go here shoot this" work, if you want morefrom me like driving send me a contract and we can negotiate further."

Alec looks over at Kavin and his tail twitches. "This guy is on the right track, I like him. I'm going to need to discuss some numbers too. I'll give you help till next port as a thanks for pulling my ass out of that mess, but anything after that and we're going to need to talk numbers." The ferret was obviously getting his energy back after the turbulent mess and he was looking for fun and profit.

[Razuel]

Razuel handed the transmitter back to Tigress, "Thank you, very much. I'm gonna head to the bridge, Tigress, thanks again.", Razuel then began to make his way to the bridge.

[Romulan_Furry]

(Easy with the cursing, please.)

"Let's just say I can afford to pay you both your usual fees," Jason assured them both. "And yes, I mean with money. That said, if there are no more questions, I would like to get underway... before even more Elachi or Tal Shiar show up."

Kavin smiles and turns back to the controls,

"Point the way Captain."

[Razuel]

Razuel walked through the bridge door, "My my, how greedy can you two be, at least you could've just asked for benefits."

[Alessia Starfurr]

 The large 7 foot tiger, stepped in behind  Razuel. "I get paid either way so it doesn't concern me."

[Razuel]

Razuel looked back to Tigress, "Tigress, I'm not worried about you, just these other 2, not doing a job out of the kindness of their hearts.", Razuel said, while gesturing to Alec and Kavin, " I mean, seriously, if people are gonna die on a grand scale the least you could do is just ask for benifits, even after this whole mess."
