Tales from Underway

[Tina]

Clover walks into the bar Alka was with her disguise to make her look beautiful on. Seeing Alka no one inside she looks confused...than her eyes meet alkas's.

[Rocco Rex]

"Sherriff Ward? I hear Clover is probably holed up in an old glass factory. If you can hold a perimeter around the place, I can smoke them out or eliminate them."

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

Alka was busy cleaning some new glasses they got in, before he made eye contact with Clover. "What'll it be tonight, Madam."

[Rayleonarde]

Tweedledee and Tweedledum were wrestling inside the office beside the Sheriff, as they handled the cases of other story-book characters.


Outside of Ray's apartment, the 'Pack' members were merely harassing passers-by, when a shot rang out of Ray's apartment, and the three gangsters found themselves tied together, and strung upside-down off of a nearby street-light.  Ray then stepped outside, and smiled up at the three. "What'd ya learn, boys?"

[Tina]

"...uh I would like..." Clover couldn't really find words to say as she awkwardly sat at the counter. She couldn't tell if alka remembered her or not because she did remember he had seen her change out of her disguise.

Ward seems to have a headache as he has had to listen to those two...all day.
"Ugh...yeah that what we have guessed. The Broken Mirrors are a dangerous lot to go after though. Even if we manage to smoke em' out they are radically devoted to Clover. They would gladly throw their lives away if it meant her living on."

[Rocco Rex]

"We surround the place. We drench it in tear gas and light it on fire in as many spots as possible. You have snipers all over the place ready to nail anyone who comes out. We don't care about taking them alive, we shoot to kill every time. Then, when they are all dead or dying, we move in and see if we can capture anyone, but first we knee cap them. It's brutal and probably illegal, but it is the best plan with what we have. Unless if you are willing to have me unleash nerve gas in the city, which even I think is stupid.

Another option is I disappear and start taking them out one by one, day by day. I would have zero contact with you, and some civilians would die.

Or we could contact a different big gang and try to solicit their help, but then you're tossing in with criminals.

Those are our best options. Or I could just leave if you prefer."

[Tina]

"...I think you should leave. They may be criminals but slaughtering them is out of the question and would really make us look bad in the eyes of the public. Also an assault that large may eventually draw in the Pack and suddenly were fighting two gangs. As for killing them one by one, clover is bound to notice if a few of her gremlins go missing and will probably blame either the reds or us causing more problems. Lastly I might as well throw my position away if I was caught working with any gangs. So yeah all those plans are out of the question and if you follow up on any of them I will take your badge and have you thrown out of the force!"

[Rocco Rex]

"Roger that. If you ever change your mind, I'll be around. And I'm not a cop by the way." with that being said, he ignited his jet pack and flew off.

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

Alka cocked an eyebrow. " <REMOVED> Whatever you're in the mood for, I can grab or make for you. I've been in the business for about 3 years now and have a large amount of experience making <REMOVED> ." Time to drop a hint. "A popular one with the ladies as good looking as you," he gave a wink and a cocky grin, "is the old-hag."

[Tina]

"I not old! I'm 23 years old." Clover exclaims in frustration. She decides the disguise is pointless at this point and let's it fade away. She flutters her wings which looked similar to dried out leaves and flicked her grey hair out of her left eye.
"I can't help being as ugly as I am and to add insult to injury, that disguise of mine is basically how I looked before puberty hit me."

[Rayleonarde]

Police were scattering all across the city, gang violence was cropping up like bad weeds. Each fight brought something different into the fray, sometimes a bat, other times a knife, guns were used once or twice. But both gang-heads had nothing to do with the initial attack. But who did it? Why?


Alexander Laarzen, a large sable-furred feline, walked into Alka's establishment, and sat at the counter. "One water, please?"

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

Alka cocked an eyebrow. "Huh... Well, if you don't want anything to drink, no point hanging around here." The wolf pulled out a small cup and began filling it with Tao water. After a few seconds, he slid the drink over to Alex.

[Tina]

"I do actually...hand me a diet coke." Clover says and just slumps over on the counter.

[Rayleonarde]

Alex placed a five on the bartender's side of the counter, and nodded. "Thanks." He took a drink, and after a few moments, spoke. "Did you hear about those fights breakin' out all over."

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

Alka pulled out a can of diet coke and started pouring it into a large coke cup. Afterwards he pushed it towards Clover. "Yeah. It's all bad news. Both sides are idiots if they're the cause... Also, we don't charge for water. It's tap, not bottled."
