I guess we could talk about Andrat, since we might be making a website for it. You should know what kind of world it is if you're gonna design this thing.

Basically, it's like a militarized version of the government in Brave New World (at least that's how Rayleonarde described it, which I think is accurate). The citizens are all genetically engineered to fit a certain role in society. Media and news are heavily controlled and censored by the government, and anyone who resists is brutally put down by the miliatary.

So I think if we're going to write a history for it, there should be some reason why such an oppressive regime was allowed to come to power. Perhaps the citizens were all starving, or there had been decades of awful civil wars or something. Some reason why people would allow their freedoms to be taken away.
