How do you cook your burgers?

Medium rare seasoned with some salt, on the stove, I only turn them once, then while I'm toasting the bread, I put the cooked patties with slice of cheese on their to melt it


simple mayonnaise, and mustard is all I need
if I haven onions and pickles ready will add some, if not it's fine

before I hated it for the stupid stereotype that 'it taste like medicine' - back in 2009 Seattle Heat Wave, the person I was helping invited me some, being 99 F, and me not having anything to drink, I gave it a chance, ever since then loved it
