Another one, I got this idea for a while and I finally got it done: ISIS attacks Brussels all again

After a while being absent in it, I have decided to pick up 3D modelling once again.
What I love doing, is making new buildings. Why that? Just cause!

Anyway, let's show you with what I'm doing

This in the early beginnins of the cityhouse, the dimensions are 6.5X12M

I coloured the bricks and windows in, to notice that there is something missing.
It doesn't feel right

I added some more grey, and soon the whole appearance changed.

We keep going with the build.
Any feedback/opinions is welcome.

45° view on the front and eastern side

Looking at the side

And looking at the balcony

AND IT IS DONE  :)
So what was the setup I had?
Limited space:6.5X12M and it was going to be a Terraced house meaning everything up to 3M height will not be able to have any windows on the side of the house.

Sideview Left

Front view of the house from a left angle

And a right angle

A sideview from the Rightside

The back of it with a view on the balcony

And an even better angle

So please, tell me what you guys think of it.
Be as honest as possible and if you have any ideas for the next construction, let me know too  :)

That's cool! Nice job! Is that Google SketchUp you're using?

Yes I'm.
Not the most professional equipment and I'm not the best at it.
But I try  :)

Still looks good! You ever try anything outside of Houses?

I tried doing some road lay-out too but that works better with photoshop.
However making a 3D render of a road idea/plan/thingy is always good and interesting to do.

Besides that I always seek a challenge

Not the most professional equipment
Sketchup's intended for architecture, so I'd say it's a good thing to be using here!

Well yes, but it's not intended for the use of creating weird shapes like a twisted beam.
Gotta find a way to get over that issue

The concepts look pretty neat :D
Maybe you should become an architect ;D

If it would be intended to be built for actual use, the only main suggestion I'd have is to add a bit more windows on the bottom floor to bring more natural lighting in.
Right now it seems you only have two windows one one side of the house (rather small windows compared to the rest of the house).

Normally I would have add windows there but I thought "let's make it a challenge" so the challenge was a bit changed to this:
Space 6,5X12m
100% terraced house meaning that at the side of the house it won't be possible to incorperate windows lower than the height of 3M.

About being an architect: I thought of becoming it but ... well some dreams will have to stay dreams.
Thanks for the feedback

Albie, your house is coming up.
Do I have a carte blanche here or do you have specific wishes.

I decided to pick up some photoshop since I'm bored and can't sleep.

And one without the sign
