Something that probably won't happen for reasons. I'm no ecofacist, but we do need to do a better job. Places like China need to do a better job with pollution control. I might be wrong, but it seems that Western nations don't pollute as much as countries like China.

Yeah, China does need to tighten it up, but they won't due to profitability.
