yeah! I'm really digging this project and I'm very confident in it for a first try. Usually, my crafts come out garbage but I think I know why this one is different:
1) Rather than skimping with just whatever supplies I happened to have in the house, I actually went and sought out the proper materials.
2) I didn't take shortcuts. I'm always looking for hacks on how to make X material dry faster, how to hold something in place while I did something else; and for this project, I sat and took all the time I needed. When I got to the second stage (check out my progress pictures), I wanted to put fur on it because I wanted to have the finished product. Instead of focusing on HAVING a head, I enjoyed just making it instead.
3) I used my resources. Forums, references, everything. Instead of half-assing it blindly, I researched everything carefully to make sure I wasn't ruining my project. Now that I've written it out, those are actually 3 really good tips for building a fursuit. I think I'm gonna save it somewhere.

Taped him up so I can figure out how much fur I'm gonna need. Am I doing this right? any suggestions for markings/cutting it? Is there another way I'm supposed to be doing it and I should redo it? I kind of did this one blindly.
