I got permission from PossumDeMort to be the manager of sorts!

So... who is still interested in being in a furry game-making team, and what would you like to do in said team?

Me and Possum agree it's a good idea to first start off making something small. Maybe walk in a house or the like.
But then we also need to figure out what type of gamestyle, etc. we'll be using, I think? Like, will it be in 2D or 3D? Will it be a visual novel, or a platformer for example? Etc.

Post what you want to do in the team, and what your qualities and experiences are :)
Let's see if we can start something up! o3o

(Art, Story, Coding, etc.): as a cinema student in a art school i learn and already know script writing ceracter creating, story writing,  and what not, i know quite a bit of code but sadly only html css java script and the surrounding area but i understand other launguges mostly, I'm very good with designing and building a world, i know how to plan and orginaize things but not people usually, i also know how to work with photoshop. I'm good with a team and can be a gaet helper, i have experience with making movies, websites, narrating, music, designing, hyping, and creating worlds characters storys and making sure things aren't over powerd.
3) What style of game could you make? (2D/3D?) as a begging a 2d game is easier but if we can make a 3d game, it will be so much better.
4) What type of game style could you make? all, a co-op story driven rpg could be cool, but with a a fighting system like a mmo but with free aim.

Me! Me! I'm working on a game for the Nintendo Entertainment System!
It's going to be a side-scroller shoot'em up game, starring my fursona, fighting agains evil water-mice! (Because he's a fire-cat himself)
I've done some black magic to get some nice things out of the system (like parallax scrolling) with very little outside help in the game cartridge. The only extra hardware is there to extend the base 32kB Program ROM space to 64kB... for the record, it was pretty common by the end of the system's life to have 256 or 512kB of Program ROM.
I have a little screenshot here for you to see!

I moved some code around to make sure that the music wouldn't slow down in case of future lag... this however, has caused some shared temporary RAM conflicts between the sound driver and the screen drawing code... finding the source of this problem was quite something... this has been a busy day.

Is it safe to say that we got a small team then going on?
Here is everyone and the 'jobs' that I briefly saw everyone mention as I write this:

-Baud  -  coding
-shoon  -  story writing, world and character designing
-Vuurniac  -  coding
-Ventus (me)  -  management (I guess? xD), I suppose arting up some characters and the like could be done as well by me (and shoon?). What do you think?


I surely think it's awesome to already have two coders on the team.

There hasn't been many replies or feedback for a while. Anyone still interested in doing this besides me (and Baud)? :)

And does anyone have an idea how much time it ill take them to work on things?
I'm thinking of finally setting up a planning of sorts as a guideline. I think it would really help to get this thing up and running. Perhaps that was the problem.

ive made mini games with rpg maker and blender, but when im working on a big game sometimes i get stuck or im fresh out of ideas and jump to the next game! if anyone needs help with a game im interested in helping as much as i can!

@Kylethefox: What do you prefer? RPG Maker or Blender?
If you do happen to say RPG Maker, I have the program myself, never tried it out (been meaning to for a few years), but I'm a quick learner. Soif you'd like to work together on there, we can?

I think it's time to at least startup with a schedule of some sorts. A general guideline when we can finish what. Delays and such are fine, but I feel some form of deadline would help move this a bit forward.
It's probably best to come up with a very short story we can work on and develop on further if need be. Something that's not too large, so we can see if we can get through this properly and if we like working with each other x)
