Thanks Air . But that's where my biggest enemy comes in, me. I have an extreme alpha personality. So I'm always fighting harder and harder. And I struggle with beating myself up when I slip even a little. Heck, I used to chew myself up every single time I didn't do everything perfect. I've been able to stop that though... for the most part

Just remember your going to slip every now and then. Don't beat yourself up because shit happens. I've done plenty of things in not proud of, but they're in the past and I can't change them so no use worrying about them.
