Not necessarily, he's more of the final boss battle. Once he dies the RP will go on, but I'll be out of it and the villain will be dead. And yes, you may have to team up to defeat Bailey, since he basically has an army.

Yeah it will take teamwork, but I'm very good at making villains in stories, by the end of this you will hate Bailey. If you want to know what he's kinda like. It's like Hans Landa from Inglorious Bastards, Negan from Walking Dead, and Big Boss from Metal Gear Solid.
