WWYFD if you were tricked into eating 'veggy meat' (that organic vegetables crumbled up and added flavoring and color to resemble meat) chef kept insisting it was real meat, even on the menu said it was real, when getting ready to pay, you overhear that wasn't meat you actually ate

Get mad, think about taking it back and complaining, then get nervous about the confrontation, and decide to not say anything.
